I visited Chavez GMC for the first time about 2 months ago looking for a truck. They didn't have what I was looking for at there lot, so dealership sent out a search, but unfortunately they couldn't find a truck. The sales person that was helping me (John) mentioned they could possibly order the truck but had to wait a couple of days to see if that was possible. After talking with John a couple of times, the dealership was able to make it happen in ordering what I was looking for. John contacted me last week that the truck was in and I picked up the truck on Monday 5/26/2025. John was very helpful and knowledgeable with questions I had and I was happy with the experience. The portion that I dread the most is going through process of finalizing the paper work, but I can honestly say it went very smoothly and quick. Overall great experience.

Hello - The additional Kicker Sub that was installed worked out great. The Dash Cam that was installed is not connecting to the App. It is very frustrating not being able to use this New Dash Cam. I am not very happy at all with this, and I am about to call Chavez for a removal and a refund if I cannot get this Camera to work.

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was greeted by Stan. He was very professional and quickly got me checked in. With in a half hour he told me that a part would need to be ordered and needed to schedule an appointment at that time. He was aware that my time was important and got me on my way ASAP! The dealership was clean and offered fresh coffee and water. I have been a customer since I purchased my new car in 2015 and never had a bad experience.

The salesman Matt was fabulous. He was patient and willing to wait until we were firm in our decision without placing any pressure on us at all. The entire transaction went very smoothly. The only hiccup we had was regarding paperwork, and it was also resolved with some explanation. Other than that, this was the smoothest experience I have had to date at a dealership. First of all I did not have service on the 11th of July. The service was on the 7th of July. My appointment was at 8:00 am which I believe it’s the first available time. They took all day with my vehicle to the point that they were already closed when they gave me my truck. On the way home the radio still did what they supposedly had fixed with a software update. They offered to get me a ride home and I elected to wait, which was my mistake. They also forgot to give me the copy of the multipoint inspection because they were closing when they were giving me the truck. They should be quicker.

It was perfect. Stan was quick to greet me and expressed he would be with me shortly. I always appreciate a greeting when a customer walks in. This trip was for oil change which went fine. At check in I requested to have my wipers changed, which didn’t happen. I was told they were out of stock. Corey the service mgr is who retrieved my car and gave me the out of stock info. When he gave me his name I let him know I have voice mail from about my last trip and wiper blades and that I left messages from with no call back. So two trips and no wipers. Oh and I’m still waiting for him to call.

The only area I feel should improve is a courtesy call after 4 hrs. My appointment was at 8:30 and I called at 1 pm to check the status and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 3:30 pm. Other than that staff was great.

When I arrived at the dealership, my vehicle was ready for me. Fleet Manager was very nice and already had all my applications and documents ready. They explain the process of setting up my GMC truck apps and walked me through the set up. The finance officer was very helpful and explained all the documents to me. I was amazed with there large desk top displays so you can ready the documents. It was awesome! I highly recommend Chavez-Jessup GMC. Their team is kind and very helpful in searching for the vehicle you want.

I had a 9:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 9:10. There were 3 people ahead of me. It took almost 30 minutes before I was checked in. Then it took 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to be done. That is way too long for an oil change. I’m going to have to find a different place for service if you can’t be more timely with simple services.

Jesse Montanez was great, my vehicle (2016 GMC Acadia) was in for diagnostics and I was told exactly what needed to be done. Although we couldn’t get to the servicing on a Friday, I will be bringing the vehicle back to have the necessary preventive work done. I will also buy four new tires. Also, while waiting for the diagnostics to be completed my iPhone was dying and a service representative lent me her charging cable so that I could recharge my iPhone. Great people all.

I brought my car in on thursday the 18th of December. I had to go back twice in person and had to contact the Gm to find out why my car wasn't ready for the 25th. There was zero communication from the dealership in the process of possible fixing my car. $1000 later I still don't believe they fix the car. My car is a 20009 Yukon and I will need to buy a new car soon. Not going to buy one at that dealership.

I was very disappointed by my experience. When I booked the appointment I asked, and was told, the repair would be 1 to 2 hours. I took my car in at 930.After 3 hours they only had completed the diagnostics which was about the entire car and not just my presenting problem. Obviously wanted to sell me more! It took another 2 hours to repair. I finally got my car at 2:45 and was late to my next appointment. Knowing that I had a 3:00 appointment I would never have booked a car repair for the same day, but the service tech told me 1- 2 hours.
